These radial lead varistors have a capacitance rating of 220 pF and a clamping voltage of 1.5 kA. They can handle peak surge currents of up to 4.5 kA and have a surge energy rating of 120 J. With a maximum operating temperature of +85°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C, these varistors are versatile and can be used in a wide range of environments. They have a termination style that is radial and a mounting style that is PCB mount.
